Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri took home 5 awards at the EE BAFTAs held at London’s Royal Albert Hall.
The black comedy crime hit about a mum who rents 3 advertising billboards to attract attention to unsolved mystery of her daughter’s murder, took Best Film, Outstanding Film, and the Original Screenplay awards on the night.
Actress Frances McDormand received the acclaim for Leading Actress and Sam Rockwell bagged best Supporting Actor for the film.
The film will be a heavy favourite at the Oscars having acquired 7 nominations.
