A big screen version of Sesame Street is underway, it has been announced.
After Jason Segel’s successful reinvention of The Muppets last year, a green light has been given to Shawn Levy’s (Night At The Museum) movie version of Big Bird, the Grouch, Elmo, the Count (above) and co.
Joey Mazzarino, a longtime writer for the TV show, is on board as the film’s writer.
