New footage shows the Price Tag star performing in her school play Bugsy Malone – and even at the age of 12 she had an awesome voice.
Jessie played the role of Blousey Brown in her school’s production of the famous musical, with the future Domino singer wearing a purple coat and hat.
“Jessie had the makings of a good voice back then and it was clear from an early age that she was a born show off,” a source has told The Sun newspaper.
Jessie J recently performed at the pre-Grammy awards party and is up for three awards – Best British Female Solo Artist, British Breakthrough act and British Single - at the Brit Awards on Tuesday, February 21.
