Video: Aussie real estate agent strips to speedos to make house advert video

Ray White Maroochydore's Kieren Gray, who it has to be said has the physique to not scare too many ladies away from an inspection, tells viewers in a Youtube video: ‘This property’s so hot you’ve got to take your gear off before you go inside.’

He then skips up the driveway, through the front door and says a quick g’day to a bikini clad woman on the couch, naturally.

Gray reckons the three-bedroom, one bathroom town house on the Sunshine Coast, on the market for $257,000 (£163,161) is ‘so hot, this won’t be on the market for long.’

He adds the bad courtyard is so private, ‘you could even get naked.’

Let’s hope he doesn’t start a new property  trend.
