64th & Social

The scene: A slick and sexy venue squeezed cheek-by-jowl into
the high street’s slew of bars, it’s got class sans the attitude.
Steakhouse-style booths conceal two chic cubic drinking spaces at the
rear.

The grub: Take your pick of just about any cut of
mouth-watering steak you fancy, with your choice of potatoes, veg and
sauce. Impressive skills from a small kitchen.

Behind the bar: A selection of exquisitely concocted, lip-smacking cocktails, each with a tantalising title.

Bill please:
Cocktails start at about £7 and a steak dish at £13, with a glass of
wine thrown in. Slurping your way through the cocktail menu could get
expensive.

Verdict: This is a pearl along the strip.
Staff are casual and kind, and the barmen know their stuff. Bring a
date here, or your mates. It’ll be splendid either way.
