Shaved ice kakigori at Sosharu
One of the most innovative dishes on the menu at Sosharu, is the dessert to celebrate Wimbledon. Made using a special ice shaving machine brought back from Japan, a thinly shaved mound of ice is flavoured in front of guests with a sweet strawberry syrup. The dessert is then garnished with balls of mochi and intensely delicious Japanese pears for a sweet and refreshing ode to Wimbledon.

Wimbledon with Salt Yard Group
To celebrate Wimbledon 2016, Ember Yard restaurant in Soho will be offering guests the special Anyone for Tennis cocktail, combining Belvedere vodka with prosecco, elderflower, wild strawberries and pink peppercorns. Meanwhile, Salt Yard is popping-up at Pergola on the Roof this summer, and throughout Wimbledon will be serving the Salt Yard Mess with vanilla mascarpone cream, macerated strawberries and soft Italian meringue. Guests will be able to enjoy this seasonal dessert alongside the tennis, with large screens showing all the major matches.
