Serving up some cracking mocktails alongside vegan food, you can treat your body to some much needed down time without sacrificing taste, or, as the guys themselves say, you can ‘spoil yourself without spoiling yourself’. The Redemption folk have even teamed up with Cancer Research UK’s Dryathon campaign to highlight the health benefits of a sober January (or longer) and raise funds for a fantastic cause.
