How far would you go to prove a point? Recently a Canadian journalist removed her top mid-interview to reveal her breasts. Kelowna mayor Walter Gray continued the interview after composing himself briefly.
Lori Welbourne pulled the stunt on appropriately named International Go Topless Day. (So the move did at least have some measure of logic). Her point, as I’m sure you’ve gathered, was to question the debate over women’s rights to go topless in public.
When the journalist asked why it would be inappropriate for to remove her shirt, he said that the reason was probably that it was distracting. Welbourne responded that she found earlobes attractive, and asked Gray if he would cover up his ears.
