The actress and her reps have confirmed that the photo of a woman wearing lingerie and gazing into the camera and another of her wearing no make-up and glasses are of Hendricks.
They insist, however, that a risqué photo of a woman pulling down her shirt revealing her bare bosom, is a phony picture.
“Christina’s phone was in fact hacked and photos were stolen,” her reps said.
“The proper authorities have been contacted in hopes of rectifying this situation. The topless image is fake and not an image of Christina.”
In 2010, riding on her success as Joan Holloway on the AMC hit Mad Me, Hendricks indicated that she was keen to break into films – as long as she didn’t have to take her clothes off.
“She would love to do more movies and is in the process of considering projects to tie in with the show’s hiatus,” a source said.
“She has noticed though that a good number of roles she’s being offered require her to go nude. Clearly everyone wants to see more of Christina but she doesn’t want to be over exposed in the wrong way.”
