David Beckham might be football’s modern hero, but he also makes a very cute Easter bunny.

Wife, Victoria Beckham shared photos via Twitter, of Golden Balls David dressed up as the Easter bunny to amuse their three sons, Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, eight and Cruz, six.

The photos were there for the world to see ¬- David, 35, donning the big white bunny suit to hide some golden eggs in the garden at the family’s Los Angeles home for the three boys.

In one shot, David is seen standing on a skateboard in the garage clutching a silver football.

And in another, he relaxes on a sun lounger – still in the suit – by the pool holding a glass of champagne.

As she uploaded the pictures to her Twitter page, Victoria, 37, who is pregnant with the couple’s fourth child, a little girl, wrote: “Guess who?

“We are planning a big Easter egg hunt!!! Don’t know who enjoys it the most, me, David or the boys!!!!!”

She then added: “I love Easter!!!!! So excited!! Been shopping for lots of eggs for the boys!!! My favourite time of the year.”

On a more serious note from David, the footballer urged his fans to mark his 36th birthday next Monday by helping children’s charity Unicef.

Beckham, who is a Goodwill Ambassador for the charity, wants his fans to buy special Unicef footballs which will be delivered to children in some of the globe’s most deprived communities.

He said: “I was given my first football when I was very young and it was the best present I ever had.

“Now I’m 36 and I’m asking you to help me give that same excitement and joy to thousands of other children.”
