Behind the bar Where to start? The wine list showcases some of the States’ best vinos (most of which you’ve probably never heard of), while there are also some US beers, including Brooklyn Lager and Blue Moon. The cocktail list is where it’s at, though.

Go for a Sazerac (billed as the oldest recorded cocktail) if you’re a cognac fan, or there are martinis galore (pornstar, pomegranate, pear and elderflower), and more than a sprinkling of tequila and rum options, as well as shooters.
