The driver was sent 80ft through the air before eventually hitting the ground and travelling another 40ft.
The biker and his colleague are seen on a video caught by a spectator carrying out a number of crowd-pleasing stunts.
The drivers then sped towards three cars with the aim of weaving in between them.
While one driver managed to make it through, the other pulled a wheelie and drove straight into a vehicle.
Medics rushed to his aid and he was immediately taken to a nearby hospital.
Sources from Latin America’s biggest amusement park claim he did not sustain any serious injuries.
Both drivers were amazingly back at work the next day, after being observed for several hours in hospital.
