The scene: A tiny candle-lit Thai restaurant, decorated with hand-painted murals, quirky tea-light holders, and bottles of fresh flowers. Be prepared to do lots of eavesdropping of fellow diners as the table settings are a little cramped.
The grub: There’s a wide selection of Thai favourites, relative to the restaurant’s size. The prawn green curry was a little soupy, but the pad Thai portion was generous, especially after feasting on the complimentary spicy prawn crackers while waiting for our food.
Behind the bar: A fairly large wine list, most bottles not topping the £15 mark. Asian beers are also on offer.
Bill please: A bottle of wine, starter to share and two mains came to £40.
Verdict: One for Southfields locals who want a relaxed meal out.
