More than 200,000 people are expected to mark Guinness World Records Day with a raft of record-breaking attempts.

Pensioner Thomas Lackey, 90, has broken his own record of being the oldest wingwalker after being strapped to the wing of a plane and flown at 500 feet.

In Paris, can-can girls at the Moulin Rouge broke the record for Most High Kicks in a Single Chorus Line.

Across the pond, 400 pimped-up dogs have landed the title of Most Dogs in Costumed Dress, after being dressed in cowboy hats, tiaras and ponchos.

Other wacky records being attempted include Longest Time to Juggle Underwater and Most Stairs Climbed in One Minute While Balancing a Person on the Head.
