Houston, 48, was found dead in the bath in room 434 of the Beverly Hills Hilton hotel in Los Angeles.
Only three days later, the luxury $375 a night hotel has confirmed the room has a new occupant.
The hotel saw fit to put the room back in rotation as police have officially concluded their investigation over Houston’s death.
A hotel spokesperson said someone is currently staying in the room, and that the hotel was being inundated with calls from people wanting to stay there.
However, the spokesperson said the fourth floor room is booked out for the “foreseeable future”.
Houston’s funeral will take place in her home town of New Jersey on Saturday, and her family will conduct a private memorial.
