One woman appeared to call Gillard a “moll”. Another called out: “Juliar” and a third complained about Ms Gillard’s recent visit to western Sydney. “You didn’t visit us did ya,” she said.

During the second interjection an apparent Gillard supporter shouted at Tony Abbott from another public gallery reports Courier Mail.com.au

“There’s your people’s revolt Tony,” the man shouted. All four people were ejected from the chamber.

Labor MPs accused the Coalition of signing in the protesters. 

Speaker Anna Burke said: “I will remind members of the gallery that they are not participants in question time and if they continue we may have to curtail public access to question time.

“I don’t think Australians quite realise the access they get to this place.”
