The Rib Room Bar & Restaurant has teamed up with the illustrious Lord Brocket to create a new take – ‘Brocket Hall sausages and mash’ – on an old favourite for just £14.50.
Made to an exclusive recipe from the kitchens at Lord Brocket’s own estate – Brocket Hall in Hertfordshire – the gourmet sausages are delicately-flavoured with thyme, sage and rosemary and served with Rib Room signature secret-recipe mash, slow cooked shallots, grain mustard and a honey jus.
The collaboration between the Knightsbridge restaurant and quintessentially British personality, Lord Brocket, is a natural one as the former I’m A Celebrity star is a regular guest in both the bar and the restaurant.
“This is my favourite London haunt and after over 10 years of dining here, I’ve finally convinced Chef Ian Rudge to let my delicious sausages star on his fabulous menu,” says the celebrity peer.
