A Wisconsin man shot his TV in a rage over Bristol Palin’s dancing moves on the reality show Dancing With The Stars.
Court documents reveal Steve Cowan, 67, was “fed up with politics” and thought “Palin wasn’t a very good dancer” before taking out his anger on the TV with a gun.
He then aimed the gun at his wife who escaped from the house before calling the police.
A SWAT team was dispatched to Cowan’s home but negotiators managed to talk Cowan into giving himself up.
Bristol Palin, the daughter of Republican presidential hopeful Sarah Palin, stunned TV commentators by making it to the final of the dancing competition.
Authorities claim Cowan suffers from bipolar disorder. He was charged with 2nd degree reckless endangerment and could face up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
