For the fourth year running, the Ultimate Bar Tending Championship (UBC) will be testing the country’s best on their skills including mixology, ingredients, pouring and ‘nosing’ as well as back of house responsibilities such as stock taking.
The competition kicked off in Aberdeen on Sunday (March 19th), the UBC team will spend the next 10 weeks finding the best of the best and bringing them to the final in London on Sunday May 14th.
