Kagoule are rocking the grunge-styled riffs the 17-year-olds weren’t old enough to hear first time around.
They’re no shameful revivalists, though, and double A-side single Monarchy/ Mudhole is shot through with a post-millenial adjustment that references the likes of Biffy Clyro, Liars and Modest Mouse.
