Pussy Riot’s online clips include the famous anti-Kremlin song, which they performed in a Moscow cathedral last February and which in turn lead to their arrest and jailing on hooliganism charges.

The video has been watched almost 2.4 million times on YouTube.

The Russian court has said websites that do not comply with the ruling, and remove clips from their site, could be blocked.

It is unclear as to whether websites should block all of Pussy Riot’s clips or just their stunt in the cathedral.

Speaking on Pussy Riot’s video Judge Marina Musimovich said: “There are words and actions which humiliate various social groups based on their religion.”

An appeal against this ruling should be made within one month.

The third member of the group, Yekaterina Samutsevich, who was released from prison on appeal said “Today’s verdict was to be expected.”

Here’s what the Russian courts don’t want you to see…
