Shop watch: Retail therapy

On March 29, shoppers at The Brunswick in Bloomsbury will be greeted by ‘therapists’, who’ll suggest they take the opportunity of either a mental, physical or spiritual overhaul.

Racing minds will be put to rest with a thought-enriching seminar from self-improvement experts The School of Life.

Those in style ruts will be whisked off to a Fashion First Aid course, where there’ll be on-hand beauty pros to pamper and preen, plus a host of shopping discount vouchers. And tortured souls will be advised on which restaurants to visit for good food deals and quality time spent with friends.

Works like a bowl of chicken soup.
