The event, which is happening between 12-14 July, will see the goth-poppers playing over two hours of anthems from their 14 studio albums.
The festival takes place on top of a hill outisde the northern Spanish city of Bilbao.
Organisers have also added French duo Inspector Cluzo, British four-piece Tribes, Mexican alternative-psychodelics Zoe and Spanish supergroup Corizonas to the bill.
Other performers include Klaxons, Noah and the Whale, Snow Patrol, Band of Skulls, The Gift, Vetusta Morla, Lori Meyers and other headlining act, Radiohead.
Three-day early bird tickets, which include camping, are available for £73 until January 21 on seetickets.com, ticketweb.co.uk and lastminute.com.
The Cure will be doing a few more shows on the European festival circuit this summer, with a headline set at Primavera Sound festival in Barcelona and Portugal’s Optimus Alive festival, which both take place in July.
They have also confirmed headline shows at festivals in Sweden, Germany, Italy, Holland, France and Denmark.
