Their hero ingredient? The turkey!
Serving healthy free-range turkey meat sourced from farms in East Anglia in new and exciting ways inspired by Eastern Mediterranean home cooking, this healthy high-protein superfood is served alongside delicious sides, salads and sharing dishes.
Turkey Thigh
Marinated for 24 hours in the family blend of herbs and spices, then slow-cooked using roasting and char-grilling methods for maximum tenderness of the meat, diners can enjoy such delights as Limor’s slow-roast thigh with caramelised red onions, sweet potatoes and barberries; Sticky wings with harissa, honey, rosemary and sesame; and Koftas with currants, cashews, seared okra, and beetroot hummus. From the many accompaniments there is Smokey aubergine and tahini dips with fluffy pita; Roasted halloumi salad with orange, beetroot, lamb’s lettuce, roasted walnuts and citrus dressing; and the dramatically served quarter, half or whole Charred cauliflower with lemon zest infused crème fraiche, nigella seeds and pomegranate and for desert – Levant milk pudding with raspberry and rosewater treacle, sprinkled with pistachios; and Baked haroset with almond cake and vanilla ice cream.
Selection of nibbles
The cocktails are specifically designed to compliment the flavours of the food such as A Brew with Arak combining gin, pomegranate tea infused Arak, mint, and pomegranate juice; and A Wild Date seeing Wild Turkey Bourbon mixed with Hedonist, date syrup, and Hell Fire Bitters. A carefully curated list of craft beers, ciders, and wines is also available, and features the 2011 Galil Lela, from Upper Galilee in Israel, a unique winery committed to revitalising the region’s rich history of winemaking.
