Wrong. Take a look at the video below to discover what ‘nailing it’ actually means when it comes to a wedding dance.
Melbourne couple Ryan and Frankie Van set their wedding alight with a swing number in front of their surprised, but delighted, guests as a live horn section plays Benny Goodman’s Sing Sing Sing.
Frankie is twirled around the room and flung into the air as Ryan leads the whole way, without ever missing a beat.
The couple are both extremely good on their feet and look to be absolutely enjoying themselves, full of joy at the prospect of spending the rest of their lives together.
Instead of being a tired formality, their dance is a celebration, an expression of happiness at their new union.
Not much is known about the couple or how long it took them perfect that routine, but one thing is for sure: they have set the bar for future wedding dances ultra-high. Do you think you can reach it?
