The woman insisted on singing the song, and her out of tune rendition proved too much for staff and other passengers, forcing the pilot to divert from their Los Angeles to New York journey to land in Missouri.
One woman on the flight managed to get her camera out and snap a short video of the Houston loving pop fan as she was being led off the flight in handcuffs – still belting out the tune!
The woman was later interviewed by the authorities but released without charge.
