As many as 15 workers were punted from their six-figure salary jobs in the Agnew Gold Mine last week due to a breach in safety protocol, according to a letter quoted by the paper from mine owner Barminco.
This video shows eight hardhat-wearing miners giving it their best in the worldwide craze dance.
A couple of them went shirtless and one humps a witches hat for added effect. One did a rather impressive worm.
The paper quoted an unnamed worker saying up to 15 people were excused of their jobs, even those who were there and didn’t take park.
