The prankster zooms in for a high five with a stranger, only to change course at the last minute and go for the person behind.
The victims go in to high five back, and look embarrassed that they got it wrong.
The brains behind the vid is joker Andrew Hills, whose YouTube page LAHWF – Losing All Hope Was Freedom, named after a phrase in the movie Fight Club.
He dubs his videos, which he posts weekly, as “Jackass things with a little more sophistication”.
He adds on the page: “I want to make videos about real-life situations. Experiments in behavior psychology that deal with the public.”
