The star of the hit 90s sitcom was revived after a considerable hiatus with an online comedy series Mid Morning Matters in 2011.
Henry Normal, the producer and co-owner of Steve Coogan’s production company, has said: “We are planning a sequel to Alpha Papa that will be great. We are also looking at doing more Mid Morning Matters.”
He added: “We start writing now. I think we make it at the end of the summer.”
Fans of the comedy classic will be rejoicing to hear Partridge’s famous catchphrase: “A-ha!” once again.
