Spread over four floors of a 1950s modernist building, Forge & Co. is a new east London creative hub with a British brasserie, lounge, bar, social workspaces and downstairs gallery. Perfect for when the office gets too toasty.
The company says that it's a 'purpose-built fully serviced creative ecosystem that provides a space for forging collaborations, exchanging ideas and socialising in a relaxed yet vibrant setting.' Basically, get some beers in and meet with your clients in a chilled-out setting.
Upstairs, two office floors feature individual desks, enclosed studios, meeting rooms and hot-desking zones, with a rooftop terrace for up to 50 people (opening later this summer). Creative businesses or individuals can rent desk space for a few days or for several months at a time.
Not only will you benefit from the lack of overheads of a traditional office, you'll also gain from the benefits of being situated in a 'fully resourced creative environment, alongside others working in similar fields'. And people who like beer at lunchtime, obviously.
