You might love Critically-Acclaimed-Emotional-Underdog-movies, whereas your Gran might be keen on Violent Suspenseful Action & Adventure from the 1980s. That is where Taggers come in: helping to pinpoint exactly what each member is going to want to watch next.
It’s a little bit art, and a little bit science. Netflix have a team of people called Taggers that help them to personalise users’ Netflix experience. As a Tagger, you will be paid to watch films and TV programmes and then analyse them so that Netflix can connect those titles to the people that want to see them the most.
The successful applicant will love watching films and TV programmes, and will be among the first to view Netflix originals like House of Cards and Orange is the New Black.
You will need a background and/or degree in film and TV a strong knowledge of film & TV, as well as an analytical mind.
