You will need excellent communication, customer services skills and experience within a retail or hospitality environment, or box office experience is desirable.
The sort of shoppers you’ll be meeting like to feel satisfied, welcomed and expect good service. You will be working directly with the public, providing information about the activities on offer. You will need to demonstrate the highest levels of customer service and have a positive attitude in everything you do.
A cheery disposition wouldn’t go a miss, it is Christmas after all.

Rate of pay is £8.23 per hour; working week is up to 40 hours per week between Monday to Sunday.
