Good news, hvar-adventure.com may have what you are looking for. It offers a five-day sailing trip on board a skippered yacht stopping at Brac, Hvar and Vis. It then continues to Biševo, where you can visit the famous Blue Cave, a grotto with turquoise waters providing a surreal indoor swimming experience. It continues to Korcula, Mijet and on to Dubrovnik.
Hvar Adventure prices its tours by boat, rather than per person, with this trip setting you back around a hefty £2585 in the height of summer. You can split the cost between up to six people, so it’s wise to find a few like-minded travellers to reduce the cost of the trip.
Alternatively, if you’re looking for a budget trip, use the Jadrolinija ferry service and create your own itinerary. However, most routes run from the mainland, not between islands, so you could spend a lot of time going back and forth.
A feasible route to avoid this would be: Split to Stari Grad (Hvar) on to Korcula and then to Dubrovnik. Although you’ll miss out on some of the smaller islands. Most of this journey is bookable online as single tickets (jadrolinija.hr) – advisable as visiting Croatia’s islands is incredibly popular in summer.
You should note the Split to Stari Grad leg is a local service so you’ll need to buy a ticket from a Jadrolinija office. There are lots of daily services to Hvar but they do sell out quickly so arrive early.
