Barts’ Head Barman, Vincenzo Sibilia, will also be making a secret Easter Elixir called Quail Surprise made from Tanqueray Malacca shaken with maraschino cherry yolk, sugar and milk, served on the rocks and garnished with real quail’s eggs, salt and pepper.
