A stalker was arrested outside Paris Hilton's beach home yesterday.
James Rainford was handcuffed and taken away by police after a member of the public spotted him staring into the socialite's house.
Rainford was caught topless on the beach. He had attacked Paris' ex-boyfriend Cy Waits in April and was caught trespassing on her Hollywood property last year.
Rainford had only just been released from a 24-day stint in jail for assaulting Cy.
Police arrested him yesterday on suspicion of violating a protective order which prevents him from going within 200 yards of Paris Hilton.
The arrest comes less than a week after Nathan Parada was jailed for two months for attempting to break into Paris' home, wielding knives.
