Researchers at the Human Sexuality Research Laboratory at the University of Ottawa have just published the results of a recent study where they looked at how easily women climaxed.
The results? Ladies who think about doing the deed more are apparently getting more out of sex, and get this – older women reported that they found it much easier to orgasm.
The research is important as it could help those who suffer with sexual dysfunction problems, as mental training could be crucial to improving their sex lives.
