Just a few days ago the forecast was warm and sunny with some light rain, pretty much what we’ve had for the last couple of weeks.

Oh how that’s changed; festival-goers have now been warned to expect rain (and plenty of mud).

Wednesday – for those getting in early – will be warm and dry, with temperatures reaching 22 degrees (perfect weather for pitching a tent), but things take a turn for the worst from Thursday evening, with heavy showers throughout Friday.

The BBC is reporting light rain showers and sunshine for Saturday and Sunday, with dry evenings.

The Met Office is predicting rain from 10pm on Thursday, continuing right through the weekend.

If you’re going you best pack your wellies.
