Supermodel Lara Stone, aka Mrs David Walliams, has won her case against French Playboy after she sued them for publishing naked photos of her without permission in June.

“Playboy had no right to publish these unauthorised photos,” said Lara, back in June. “It’s not the kind of publication that I would ever choose to appear in.”

Lara said that the damages she was awarded by Playboy will be donated to Great Ormond Street Hospital in London.

The Dutch model, who is married to comedian David Walliams, 39, said: “I’m very pleased to have won the case, although of course I would rather not have had to take legal action at all.”

In the past, 26-year-old Lara has said that “naughty shoots suit my personality”, but obviously Playboy was a step too far.

Lara’s recent erotic Calvin Klein jeans advert, in which she is shown sprawled between a gang of male models, was banned in Australia for being “suggestive of rape and violence”.
