Police are investigating claims that X Factor judge Louis Walsh allegedly indecently assaulted a man in a nightclub toilet.
A 24-year-old single dad alleges that Walsh fondled his private parts in a bar toilet after a Westlife concert in Dublin.
The man told police that he had a drink with Walsh in Dublin's Russell Court Hotel and then in its Krystle nightclub.
He told police that the alleged assault occurred when both men visited the toilet.
Police have seized CCTV footage from the Russell Court Hotel in Dublin following the claims, but Walsh has not been interviewed so far.
Walsh vehemently denies the allegations: "The allegations made against me are wholly false and with no foundation.
"I will happily co-operate fully with the police and am 100% confident after a full investigation I will be fully exonerated."
Walsh's spokeswoman said: "He vigorously denies all of the allegations. If contacted by the police he will willingly co-operate with any investigation.
"Louis categorically denies any wrongdoing and will fight to clear his name."
